Stefano Malchiodi

Biography

Stefano Malchiodi was born in Seriate, in the province of Bergamo, May 20, 1991. He grew up in the province of Bergamo, and after finishing high school he attended the course of production at Civica Scuola di Cinema Luchino Visconti of Milan, where he graduated in the summer of 2014 with a thesis on independent cinema. From January 2015 to Decembrer 2017 he graduated the editing course at Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia in Rome. In this period he grow an interest in the reuse of archival footage, and in November 2015 he won “Il Gusto della Memoria” festival, for the creative editing of videos shot in super8.
