Biography

The Englishman Andrew Ruhemann, animator on Who framed Roger Rabbit? and the Australian Shaun Tan, illustrator and writer, decided to direct their first short film together based on a book by Tan himself, and here you have it: The Lost Thing. The film wins immediately the Australian Film Award and the Oscar for best animated short film. Surely these two directors have been for long big shots in their fields, and yet one can only admire their work in cinema and their incredible progression.
