Mirrah Foulkes

Biography

Gratuated from the Western Australian Academy of Arts (WAAPA) in 2003, Mirrah Foulkes starts her actress career in several TV shows from 2005. She also appeared in several Australian films including Animal Kingdom by David Michôd, and the mysterious drama Sleeping Beauty by Julia Leigh. In 2012, she made her directing debut with a short film Dumpy Goes to the Big Smoke which she also wrote herself. The film received positive response from critics and garnered her several awards and nominations. Florence Has Left the Building is Mirrah’s second film.
