Katrine Philp

Biography

Born in 1978 in Denmark, Katrine Philp graduated in 2009 from the National School of Film. Her first film Miri’s Book is awarded the President’s Award at the Full Frame Documentary Film Festival and nominated for the European Young CIVIS Media Prize in Germany. In 2014, Katrine Philp won the Audience Award at the American Documentary Film Festival for her debut feature length documentary Dance For Me, also nominated at the 2015 the Emmy Awards in the category ‘Outstanding Arts and Culture Programming’.
