Johanna Pyykkö

Biography

Johanna Pyykkö is a director & screenwriter. She’s been a writer on several tv-series and episode director (ep7) on “Nach” (Discovery) and her debut feature “Ebba” was part of TIFF Filmmaker Lab in Toronto (2019) & Semaine de la Critique’s “Next Step Lab” (2020). Barbosa Film has made the shorts “My Sister Dances” & “The Manila Lover” (58th Semaine de la Critique & Norwegian Amanda Academy Award) together with Johanna. Johanna is currently in production of her feature film “Ebba”.
