Ji-won Lee

Biography

Ji-won Lee graduated in cinema from Chung-ang University in Seoul. In 2011, his short film Blue Desert was a great success and won many selections in several festivals including Busan and Seoul Festivals. Two years later, he directed Vacancy wich was screened at the Indieforum and the Seoul International Agape Film Festival. His latest short film Summer Night was produced by the Seoul Film Council and won Blue Dragon 2016 for Best Short Film, the highest honor for a South Korean short film.
