Biography

Jens Dahl has for more than 15 years been one of the key screenwriters in Denmark. Partly as a screenwriter and as a midwife for more directors and screenwriter colleagues. Nicolas Winding Refn and his PUSHER was the milestone that introduced an entirely new kind of authenticity in Danish manuscripts and removed the moral rocking forefinger otherwise often present in ‘social realism’ Danish film. 2 GIRLS 1 CAKE is Jens Dahl’s debut as director.
