Jenifer Malmqvist

Biography

Born in Göteborg, Sweden, 1973. After studying among other things Music, Science of Art & Sociology, she completed two video programs (Video program Fridhem’s Folk High School, Film & TV-program Skurup’s Folk High School) where she wrote & directed several short films & documentaries, followed by studies in Directing at The Polish National Filmschool in Lódz. She has also directed and produced amateur theatre.  TV debut in Swedish National Television in 2004 with Angel Schmangel (Ängel Bängel), a short portrait about her grandmother.
