Govinda Van Maele

Biography

Govinda was born in Luxembourg in 1983 to Belgian-Sri Lankan parents. He made his forst short films as a teenager, which lead to a job invitation from the director Pol Cruchten’s production company Red Lion. He directed the short film Josh in 2006, the feature documentary “We Might As Well Fail” in 2011 and two more shorts “Em Dag Am Fraïen” and “Géi du scho mol vir”.
