Giovanna Zacarías

Biography

A Mexico City native, Giovanna Rodríguez Zacarías decided to leave classical ballet at the age of 19 and began to study theater with the director Ludwik Margules. Her first theater play was Sexual Perversity in Chicago by David Mamet, after which she made her debut in the film industry in Escrito en el cuerpo de la noche by the mexican director Jaime Humberto Hermosillo where she played Adela H., the lead. Her international career took off thanks to a part in 2004 in Puerto Vallarta Squeeze by Arthur Allan Seidelman starring Harvey Keitel and Scott Glenn.
