Esen Isik

Biography

Born in 1969 in Istanbul, Turkey, Esen Isik lives in Switzerland since 1990. She attended the Zürcher Hochschule der Künste in the film & video department and graduated in 1997. Esen Isik directed many documentaries and short films and she won the Swiss Film Prize for the Best Short Film 2000 for Babami Hirsizlar Caldi (The Stolen Father).
