Biography
Ciaran is the director of COLLABORATION HORIZONTALE, the Irish Film Board funded short film on the shaving of prostitute’s heads following liberation in Chartres was premiered at Cork Film Festival in November 2010. It has been screened at the prestigious Telluride film festival and won a prize at the Palm Springs film festival. He was director in 2007 of a four-part BAI funded documentary series for TG4, ‘Fuil agus Duich’. He was the winner of 2005 Kerry Film Festival Script Award. He is a graduate of the 2006/2007 European Broadcasting Union Master School in Documentary making. He is a graduate of Economics and Politics from Trinity College Dublin and a Masters Graduate in Journalism from Dublin City University.
