Biography

Angeles Cruz has been acting in theatre and films for more than fifteen years. In 1994 she was nominated as ‘Best Actress in a Leading Role’ by the Swedish Film Institute for her work in THE DAUGHTER OF THE PUMA. She was also nominated for an Ariel Award by the Mexican Academy of Film as ‘Best Supporting Actress’ in the film RITO TERMINAL. TIRICIA O COMO CURAR LA TRISTEZA is the first film that she has written and directed.
