Synopsis

Égun is the story of the spiritual quest of a fisherman troubled by his father’s death. The film depicts a community living between coastal traditions and African-Brazilian Candomblé religion.With this animated short film, Helder Quiroga illustrates the succesful marriage of poetry, drawing and cinema.
