The César & Techniques Special Award was created in 2015 to reward a French company providing technical services in the film industry, which the Committee wanted to recognize the exceptional nature of the company’s achievements over the past year.
The winner
YMAGIS, represented by its President Jean Mizrahi, received the very first Cesar & Techniques Special Award.
In 10 years, YMAGIS has become one of the leaders on the European market of digital technologies contributing to film broadcasting.
The committee
The Technical Industries Committee chooses the company that wins the Cesar & Techniques Special Award from among French companies providing technical services in the film industry with more than 50 permanent jobs.
It is composed of a Chairman, President of the FICAM, two members of the Board of Directors of the Academy specializing in technical professions, 11 directors and managers of Industries Techniques, and an observer from Groupe Audiens, a partner of the César & Techniques Evening.
