Nominations Announcement 2019

The Announcement of the Nominations took place on the occasion of the César Press Conference on 23 January 2019.
The first round of voting closed the day before at midnight. The results are then counted during the night by a specialised company under the supervision of a bailiff. The latter hands a sealed envelope to the President of the Academy during the Press Conference, in the presence of the Host of the Ceremony, Kad Merad. Together, they then read it to the journalists.
