Nominations Announcement 2012

The Announcement of the Nominations took place on the occasion of the César Press Conference, traditionally held at the end of January at Le Fouquet’s restaurant.
The first round of voting closed the day before at midnight. The results are then counted during the night by a specialized company under the supervision of a bailiff. The bailiff hands a sealed envelope to the President of the Academy during the press conference, in the presence of the Host of Ceremony, Antoine de Caunes. Together, they then read it to the journalists.
