More than one out of every two films produced in France is financed by BNP Paribas, and our commitment extends far beyond this: support for creation and young directors, partnerships with more than 40 festivals in Europe, etc.
The diversity and creativity of French cinema are precious, we are happy to support them and to be at the side of the Académie des César for the 16th consecutive year.

FOUQUET’S
Official Partner
DOMINIQUE DESSEIGNE
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Barrière Group
It’s a 45th anniversary. The César Ceremony is celebrating with the cinema and its public its vermeil – that precious mixture imagined by man. Like… cinema. The awards will be presented at the Salle Pleyel and celebrated at Fouquet’s on the Champs-Elysées. As on the first night in 1976, all the professions of the Academy of Cinema Arts and Techniques are on the top of the bill. Barrière, the Group of which I am proud to be Chairman, adds its share of friendship and loyalty, that of a now “historic” partner. So much the better: cinema always needs stories. And talent on the screen and behind the camera. The talents of those who tell these stories, decorate them, make them up, preserve them, film them and give them life. The role of the Académie des César is to see to the well-being of this creativity and these talents. And its partners.

CHAMPAGNE COMTESSE DE CÉRHÈS
Official Supplier
Stanislas Bonafé
Manager
Champagne Comtesse de Cérhès is an exceptional wine born from the combination of Stanislas Bonafé’s exceptional expertise and his search for perfection at all levels. In composing this Champagne, he adopts an approach similar to that of a nose or a jeweller. He selects only great vintages and seeks the best craftsmen to create the Comtesse style. Stanislas Bonafé is thus fully in line with the French art of living. He produces a unique Champagne, the result of the know-how that he and his colleagues have acquired in haute-gastronomy. He is also inspired by the history of French tangible and intangible heritage, through architecture, lace work and the desire to respect ancestral practices. The partnership established between the Countess and the Académie des César shows the importance given to the arts and the freedom of expression that drives the creation of this wine. In addition, the Comtesse de Cérhès estate in Aÿ is the only Grand Cru village to be classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2015. This classification distinguishes the historical cradle of Champagne.
The influence of the Countess is thus accompanied by all the refinement and creativity that characterize the French art of living.

FICAM
Institutional Partner
Didier Huck
President
FICAM is delighted to be once again the faithful partner of the César Ceremony.
Like the whole of French cinema, the technical industries are undergoing major changes. Our winners of the César and Technical Innovation Trophy and Prize testify to the real ability of our companies to adapt and anticipate new developments in the sector, in a tormented context. In order for these to continue to develop, let’s perpetuate and strengthen the attractiveness of the region, let’s think about common rules of good practice and the evolution of financial support systems. Our technical industries, recognised well beyond our borders, must be able to remain the precious and indispensable partners of French cinema.
We wish you all a wonderful evening.

This partnership illustrates the School’s strong attachment to the film industry and, more generally, to the image and sound professions.
I sincerely thank the Academy for the trust it has placed in us for so many years and I warmly congratulate our former students who, through their talent, rigour and presence in the credits of hundreds of films, contribute to the influence of our beautiful school.
